Project Quality Manager – EPC Energy Project

Peoitaly is recruiting an experienced Project Quality Manager on behalf of an international engineering and construction company for a major EPC power generation project in Corsica. Reporting to the Project Director, the successful candidate will manage the Project Quality Management System and coordinate all on‑site QA/QC activities, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, applicable standards, and company procedures
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement the Project Quality Plan and related procedures.
- Plan and conduct quality audits.
- Coordinate the site quality team and inspection activities.
- Define QA/QC requirements for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage non-conformities, corrective actions and quality indicators.
- Support the project team with client and contractual quality requirements.
- Prepare periodic quality reports.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Project Quality Management within EPC plant or complex industrial projects, including the coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, audits, and multidisciplinary quality teams.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, audits, inspection processes, non‑conformity management and applicable European standards.
- Languages: Excellent English required. French is an advantage.
- Other: Legal right to work in France/EU and availability to work fully on site in Corsica.
Employment Conditions
- Working arrangement: On‑site
- Salary: Annual gross salary starting from €60,000, commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications.
- Benefits: Company‑provided accommodation, company‑paid home‑leave travel, and a monthly living allowance.
The selection process is expected to consist of up to two interview stages.
