We are currently seeking a Project Planning Engineer, directly reporting to Head of Planning, to join our Planning team based in Nanterre, Paris, France.

Mission

As a Planning Engineer, you will play a key role in the success of our projects. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, including project management, engineering, construction, and our contractual partners. Your mission will be to:

  • Design and implement innovative physical progress and scheduling systems.
  • Structure projects to optimize their execution.
  • Raise awareness among teams about deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
  • Assess the impacts of modifications and prepare delay extension analyses.
  • Plan risk management to reduce costs.
  • Deploy 4D solutions for advanced project management.

Your profile

We would be happy to meet you and discuss how you fit this role. To succeed in this mission, you should meet the following conditions:

  • Diploma in engineering required.
  • At least 1 year of planning experience in an engineering company, ideally in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a dynamic environment.
  • A rigorous and systematic approach, with a strong sense of organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Additional assets

  • A digital culture and openness to new technologies.
  • Experience in other project control areas, such as risk management, cost engineering, and estimation.
