Project Manager – Urban Water Engineering (Owner’s Engineer)

• Carry out design studies for drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater networks across the DIAG, EP, AVP, and PRO phases
• Conduct and monitor related and supplementary studies
• Manage tendering and bid evaluation phases (ACT)
• Oversee construction phases, including VISA, DET, OPC, and AOR
• Contribute to technical studies in urban water engineering, including drinking water and wastewater diagnostics and master plans
• Monitor and manage construction execution
• Supervise, monitor, and coordinate construction works
• Inspect and accept completed works and manage project closeout
• Participate in business development meetings and lead project meetings
• Contribute to tender responses and pre-sales activities
• Manage and supervise the owner’s engineering team
• Monitor projects from contractual and financial perspectives
• Manage relationships with contractors

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in urban water engineering, in a network owner’s engineer role
• Knowledge of pumping stations and wastewater treatment plants is an additional advantage
• Engineering degree or Master’s degree, with a specialization in civil engineering
• Demonstrated expertise in concrete and masonry pathology, soil mechanics, strength of materials, and civil engineering
• Proficiency in office productivity tools, particularly Excel
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
