Project Manager – Urban Water Engineering

• Conduct civil engineering condition assessments and diagnose defects in structures across the water sector
• Design water infrastructure and facilities for drinking water supply, wastewater, and stormwater management through the DIAG, Preliminary Design, Detailed Preliminary Design, and Detailed Design phases
• Carry out and monitor related and complementary studies
• Manage tendering and bid evaluation phases (ACT)
• Monitor construction works through the VISA, DET, OPC, and AOR phases
• Contribute to technical studies in urban water engineering, particularly drinking water and wastewater diagnostics and master plans
• Monitor and manage construction execution
• Supervise and manage construction works
• Oversee project completion and manage the closeout phase
• Participate in business development meetings and lead project meetings
• Contribute to tender responses and pre-sales activities
• Supervise the design and construction management team
• Monitor projects with respect to contractual and financial commitments
• Manage relationships with contractors
• Collaborate with the Brétigny-sur-Orge and Nancy offices, as well as other locations across France

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in urban water engineering, in a design and construction management role
• Engineering degree or Master's degree with a specialization in civil engineering
• Demonstrated expertise in concrete and masonry defects, soil mechanics, structural mechanics, and civil engineering
• Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
