Project Manager, Urban Water Engineering

• Lead drinking water and wastewater master plans, including wastewater and stormwater
• Conduct diagnostic studies and propose capital improvement programs
• Conduct tariff studies
• Produce GIS maps, including network plans, construction plans, and flood-risk maps
• Conduct asset management studies for networks and infrastructure
• Provide technical assistance to project owners on assignments related to the urban water cycle
• Plan the team’s workload
• Oversee deliverables, project progress, and project financial management
• Contribute to tender responses and pre-sales activities
• Participate in business meetings and lead meetings
• Regularly monitor projects with respect to contractual and accounting commitments
• Contribute to all agency projects in the field under the supervision of the Deputy Agency Director

Requirements

• Degree or engineering qualification in civil engineering or water engineering, particularly from ENGEES, ENSE3, ENSEEIHT, or ENSIP
• At least 5 years of experience in water engineering
• Proven expertise in urban water engineering
• Strong knowledge of public procurement and contracting
• Experience and interest in drinking water projects
• Ability to solve complex technical challenges
• Strong team leadership and facilitation skills
