Job Description
You join the CRM & Digital Solutions Trade Finance team within the COO CIB as Project Manager Trade Finance Banque Populaire. This team handles the processing of transactions on behalf of clients from the Global Trade business line. Integrating the team means actively participating in the development of the vision and strategy for one or a range of digital products and paths, and leading their implementation.
The Project Manager develops the vision and leads the realization of a product or digital journey, by meeting the expectations of the business and users in an iterative (agile) approach. It ensures the interface between the business teams and the IT teams. He ensures at each iteration (sprint) that the direction taken is the right one, the priorities respected according to the business value, and that the quality of the deliverables is adequate.
On a daily basis, your missions are to:
- Develop and communicate the product vision: identify user expectations, the main features of the product, the added value for the business and users, the most of the product compared to the competition;
- Design the user journey: work in collaboration with stakeholders (Business, IT, FO, etc...) to define the ideal target vision of the product and its declination into trajectories;
- Pilot the user test phase (UAT), write the test books and evaluate the results (including establishment of REX);
- Describe each feature or expression of need retained in the backlog in the form of a JIRA with the support of the Business;
- Feed the product backlog: prioritize and update at each iteration (sprint) the different features of the product to be developed, from the point of view of business value / realization effort / risk etc;
- Accept or reject the outcome of JIRA deliveries from IT teams;
- Develop user guides for the product.
As a Product Manager, you participate in the production of the product, the change management, the measurement of the achievement of objectives (KPI) and the identification of the optimizations to be made to the product in a continuous improvement approach.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 10 years of experience in middle office functions, IT or digital projects.
- The key stages of a project and you know how to work in agile/Scrum mode;
- The banking environment, particularly in back and/or middle office;
- Compliance with deadlines and set objectives;
- The MS Office tools.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:
- Curious and pragmatic;
- Recognized for your communication with impact;
- Appreciated for your sense of result.
You master English with a C1 level.
