Project Manager - Superyacht Coatings

SYR are supporting a leading superyacht refit shipyard in the recruitment of a coatings and paint project manager.

Based in the South of France the yard supports projects of up to and above 100m and with various major projects this winter they seek a paint specialist to join them to oversee paint works and to manage various on site subcontractors throughout projects

Reporting into the head of projects and project planner you will take responsibility for all things paint, from quotations and schedules through to quality control and ultimate delivery back to client, troubleshooting, contractor selection and management

In a candidate we are seeking someone with a strong background in coatings and experience working with high level paint projects. You'll have a great knowledge of the main coating brands and subcontractors and be confident working with a variety of stakeholders throughout the project.

On offer is either a permanent contract or long term freelance agreement to include competitive day rate and accommodation allowance. At present we are able to interview at short notice and for candidates to start in August.
