Project Manager, Preliminary Transport Studies

Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to preliminary studies for transport infrastructure.
• Lead and coordinate project teams.
• Produce deliverables such as transport network diagnostics, benchmarks, mobility plans, etc.
• Review documents produced by the project team.
• Lead technical/competence meetings.
• Support clients in the development of their projects.
• Contribute to preparing responses to calls for tender.
• Manage multiple projects in collaboration with various disciplines.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Transport.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in project management.
• Significant experience in mobility studies within the Transport sector.
• Strong writing and synthesis skills.
• Rigour, flexibility and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.
• Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office).
• Proficiency in handling transport and socio‑economic data (INSEE, GIS, GTFS, etc.).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, QGIS / ArcGIS.
• Knowledge of PTV software (Vissim and Visum) is a plus.
