Project Manager – PMO IAM

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operational management and cross-functional coordination of a strategic project
• Support the Project Director in program management (scheduling, milestones, dependencies)
• Structure and coordinate the parallelization of project workstreams
• Track work progress and consolidate management indicators
• Prepare materials for steering committees and governance bodies
• Monitor actions, decisions and escalations
• Identify and manage risks and mitigation plans
• Ensure coordination between technical, security, infrastructure and business teams
• Oversee operational execution of the project (costs, timelines, quality)
• Maintain a high level of coordination among all stakeholders
• Serve as the interface with support teams and change management
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management / PMO
• Experience with IAM (Identity & Access Management)
• Active Directory & Windows authentication
• Project management (planning, risk management, budget tracking, reporting)
• Multi-team coordination and project governance
• Experience in complex, secure IT environments
