The Role

You are fully responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring that cost, schedule, and project performance objectives are achieved. The Project Manager will act as our clients’ trusted security advisor and be a key stakeholder in driving long-term system strategy.

You will ensure all client-specific contractual and compliance requirements are met. Our team promotes coordination between cross-functional units. Project Managers work closely with Design and Sales teams, covering pre-sales, opportunity engagement, sales, design development, account management, project delivery, service delivery, and after-care. The Project Manager will serve as the primary customer contact for all status updates and performance metrics.

The Person

10+ years of field experience working on enterprise-level access control systems, CCTV, and electronic security systems. Experience with a diverse customer base (office buildings, warehousing, etc.).

5+ years of experience in team leadership, project and program management, finance management, and contract management.

This role requires a good understanding of project costs for labor and materials, and the ability to manage budgets accordingly. Knowledge of costs related to external and internal training, cost of sales, and opportunities is essential to monitor overall P&L from design to end-of-life.
