Mission Context: The Finance Solutions teams have been asked, as part of the General Expenses Accounting Department's roadmap, to replace the group's expense report management tool. They have also been asked to implement a solution for industrializing the production of the Information Register in accordance with DORA regulations. We are looking for a project manager to lead and manage these two projects, which are due to be delivered by the end of 2027. Responsibilities:

• Organize and structure the projects throughout the entire lifecycle, adhering to the methodology. Gather and analyze business requirements. Drive the pace of work on the various workstreams, ensuring their coordination within the schedule, scope, and budget. Ensure coordination and communication between the various business and IT project contributors, facilitate project meetings, and provide regular reporting. Organize the application rollout, define key performance indicators, produce dashboards, and monitor user satisfaction. Skills Proven track record in project management (7-10 years), ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget across multidisciplinary teams (business, technical, integrator, and supplier). Experience in facilitating workshops, site committees, steering committees, and reporting to project management and sponsors. Experience in drafting deliverables, reporting on activities, and budget monitoring. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all teams involved. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
