Offer Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to assist the Project Coordinator of the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions Doctoral Network European Project “cisCODE" which is granted for 4 years starting January 1st 2027. The cisCODE project includes Scientific Research in 15 First-Class Academic Organizations and Industrials Companies, as well as several associated partners.The aims of cisCODE is to train a new generation of European researchers on which cuttingedge genomics and genome editing approaches combining various in vitro and in vivo disease models will be set up to increase our understanding of the molecular basis of human diseases.

Main activities:

Implement and take responsibility for the operational management of the network

Liaise with the EU project officer and Inserm administrative

Contribute to the Enhpathy scientific and training programs, by assisting in the supervision and mentoring of the 15 early stage researchers located around Europe

Dissemination of project results and outcome

Associated activities :

Organize training events for researchers and Principal Investigators involved in the program

Liaise and reporting to the EU Project Officer which includes preparation of periodic scientific and financial reports

Monitoring and reporting of project milestones and deliverables in accordance with EU deadlines

Manage relationships with academic and industry partners

Support the communication agency to organize scientific/strategic outreach events to promote the program

Requirements

Research Field Other Education Level PhD or equivalent

Skills/Qualifications

Master or PhD in European project management or research

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and previous experience in European-funded project management.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and oral) in English will be essential
• Experience with outreach events
• The candidate should demonstrate capacity in teamwork
• Proactive, flexible and problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
