Project Manager Industrial Expansion

Location: Ghana

Reporting to: Manufacturing Head

We are seeking a highly hands-on and execution-oriented Project Manager to independently drive industrial project execution for one of Ghana's fastest-growing packaged foods companies.

This is a high-ownership role for leaders who want broader execution responsibility and exposure within a fast-growing international manufacturing business.

Role Mandate

• Lead end-to-end execution of greenfield and brownfield manufacturing projects.
• Drive project execution excellence across civil, mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-focused project delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 610 years of industrial project execution experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging, or process industries.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong experience in greenfield and brownfield industrial project execution.
• Hands-on experience handling contractors, vendors, and industrial installations.
