Project Manager – Hydraulic Network Engineering Design

• Contribute to the preparation of proposals
• Conduct technical studies in wastewater and drinking water systems
• Perform project modeling, design, and sizing
• Prepare drawings in AutoCAD Covadis in coordination with the CAD designer
• Prepare cost estimates
• Draft technical documentation
• Prepare tender documents for contractors
• Monitor construction works
• Maintain relationships with teams, clients, contractors, technical departments, public authorities, and other partners
• Carry out engineering design assignments and master planning studies

Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school or qualification as a civil or hydraulic engineer, particularly from ENGEES, ENSE3, ENSEEIHT, or ENSIP
• At least 4 years of experience in water engineering
• Proven expertise in urban hydraulics and engineering design
• Strong knowledge of public procurement
• Strong knowledge of the French Public Procurement Code, the MOP Law, and the various CCAG standard contract clauses
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of the local context and regional stakeholders is an advantage
