PROJECT MANAGER (HVAC, PIPES)

Responsibilities

Leading and managing ship repair projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals are met.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.

Manage the project budget: plan, monitor expenses, control costs, and ensure the project is delivered profitably.

Ensure efficient resource planning and allocation, optimizing costs and time.

Contribute to proposal preparation, cost estimation, and negotiations with clients and partners.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution and effective communication.

Monitor project progress, results, and risks, and provide updates to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal requirements.

Initiate process improvement ideas and apply insights for future enhancements.

Qualifications

Hold a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (an advantage).

Possess a higher education degree.

Have experience in managing engineering, construction, or other technical projects (e.g. ship repair, construction, or manufacturing projects).

Have a solid understanding of project execution processes, technical standards, and applicable regulations (experience in ship repair or the construction sector is considered an advantage).

Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Be capable of working under pressure and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Communicate fluently in English (Russian is an advantage).

Hold a category B driver’s license.
