Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager on group HRIS projects.
- Participate in the deployment of Employee Central’s module of Success Factor for new entities, including: design workshops, needs gathering, testing, data analysis, go‑live support, and post‑deployment activities.
- Support change management by formalizing strategy, conducting impact analysis, developing communication plans, user guides, training materials, and other communications.
- Support the Success Factor tool for the current 100 000 employees in 40 countries, linked to payroll systems.
- Participate in the monthly interface between Success Factor HR tool and Metis HR Controlling tool.
- Help deploy a new AI tool (JOUL) within Success Factor for all countries.
- Create robotic process automation to improve data quality in SuccessFactors HR.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Bac +4/+5 degree from a business school, engineering, university, with IT or HR specialization.
- Beginners are acceptable; prior HR/HRIS experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Good skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good oral and written expression.
- Strong interest in numbers and analysis.
- Self‑employed, rigorous, precise and adaptable.
Additional Information
Starting date: August/September 2026. Duration: 12 months or 24 months. Contract type: Apprenticeship. Location: Nanterre, France.
