Context: The Group Health and Welfare division is seeking to strengthen its team with the arrival of a new project manager. This individual will be able to work on projects within the Group Strategic Program or on other projects within the group insurance division. MISSIONS: – Manage projects by taking responsibility for : – monitoring project work and various project workstreams – preparing, participating in, and leading project meetings – budget monitoring – Supporting the specific business unit in Group Health and Welfare, in describing their current and target processes – Assisting with requirements gathering – Challenging business needs and IT scenarios – Participating in the development of validation and deployment strategies – Leading feasibility studies by taking responsibility for: – Project scoping (structuring into workstreams, defining the scope (requirements repository / list of business functionalities)) – Presentation to governance bodies – Managing workstreams that meet the requirements – Consolidating cost estimates – Reserving CAF (Customer Activity Funding) – Writing general functional specifications – Sharing specifications and/or user stories from the backlog and obtaining validation from the business, conducting user demos – Populating, prioritizing, and monitoring the progress of the backlog – Ensure overall functional and technical consistency – Participate in the drafting and validation of user acceptance and end-to-end tests with the business stakeholders – Participate in user acceptance testing – Participate in user change management support
