Project Manager - Global Purchasing SAP transformation
The Project Manager - Global Purchasing SAP transformation will drive the delivery of SAP transformation initiatives within the purchasing domain, focused on Direct Material and Aftersales projects and the migration of related processes into Falcon. The role will act as a key interface between Business stakeholders and global and regional SAP solution teams, ensuring strong alignment between operational needs and system capabilities, while delivering projects within agreed timelines and budgets. This position is both delivery-focused and business-facing, requiring strong coordination skills, stakeholder engagement, and a structured approach to project governance. The Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the transformation of Purchasing processes through SAP S/4HANA and related digital solutions. In addition, the role requires the adoption of AI tools and data analysis practices to enhance productivity, monitor project progress, and identify opportunities to embed AI-driven capabilities within solutions where relevant.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead SAP Purchasing projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget.
- Act as the interface between Business and ICT, translating requirements into SAP solutions.
- Drive transformation and adoption of SAP and digital purchasing solutions.
- Manage external partners and ensure quality of deliverables.
- Engage stakeholders and report project performance, including risks and KPIs.
- Ensure governance and control, including risk management and compliance with project standards.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project management within SAP environments.
- Strong exposure to Purchasing / Procurement processes.
- Experience in digital transformation or SAP S/4HANA programs.
- Familiarity with AI tools and/or Data Analysis.
- Knowledge of SAP MM and S/4HANA.
- Understanding of end-to-end procurement processes (P2P, sourcing, supplier management).
- Strong leadership and coordination skills in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a structured problem-solving approach.
- Master’s degree (Engineering, Business, or equivalent).
- French: Fluent French and English.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline.
