Job Description
Within the COO CIB department, you join the team of value flow owners in the field of global markets and market risk in IT.
On a daily basis, you are responsible for:
- Working on different business lines and through operational functions;
- Helping value flow owners with their tasks and working closely with each of them;
- Intervene on many essential works before or during projects: process analysis, assistance in expressing needs, pre-analysis and scoping;
- Organize and facilitate the various appropriate forums and committees for the smooth running of the topics for which you are responsible;
- Understand the business issues such as the solutions to be implemented, relying on experts and architects if necessary;
- Be a proposal force on the solutions to be implemented by ensuring compliance with budgets, deadlines and overall consistency (end-to-end vision) of the proposed solutions, with a view to industrialization, robustness and efficiency of the chain.

The position is based in Paris and with us it is 10 days of teleworking per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, the gym or corporate concierge. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

- You have a strong background in project management/PMO.
- You are familiar with: project management and good knowledge of investment banking and financial products.
- You are: responsive and serene, able to manage several subjects head-on while ensuring clear communication; independent and able to take a step back to understand the needs of the company; pragmatic and have the strength to propose solutions; sensitive to meeting commitments, both from you and your stakeholders, and you understand the value chain issues from front to back, through risk, finance and compliance.
