The role

We are looking for a Project Manager – Global Impact Hub to support the design, delivery, and implementation of funded projects across ICC.

The role ensures projects are executed efficiently and to a high standard, through effective coordination with internal teams and external partners. You will also support high‑quality monitoring and reporting, ensuring activities are delivered in line with agreed objectives, timelines, and donor requirements.

You responsibilities will include:

Project design and planning

  • Support the design and scoping of funded projects in line with ICC priorities and approved funding objectives.
  • Translate defined objectives into structured project plans with clear outputs and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including workplans, milestones, risk logs, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate inputs and contributions from ICC teams and external partners.

Project delivery and coordination

  • Manage day‑to‑day delivery of assigned projects, ensuring activities progress according to plan.
  • Coordinate operational execution across ICC teams and partners.
  • Track progress against milestones and elevate risks or issues as required.
  • Ensure clear documentation, communication, and follow‑up across project activities.

Monitoring, reporting and compliance

  • Track project progress, outputs, and deliverables in line with agreed indicators.
  • Support grant administration activities, including monitoring, compliance tracking, and reporting.
  • Contribute to the preparation of progress reports and supporting documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Stakeholder coordination

  • Maintain effective working relationships with ICC colleagues, partners, and service providers involved in project delivery.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and key issues to project leads and managers.
  • Support alignment between project delivery and agreed objectives.

Financial and administrative support

  • Monitor project budgets and expenditure against approved plans.
  • Flag variances and support financial tracking and reporting in coordination with our Finance department.
  • Ensure project records are accurate and up to date.

Ready to join us?

Requirements

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have five years’ experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes or projects in an international or matrix environment;
  • Are experienced in project planning, coordination, and delivery, including timelines and risk tracking;
  • Are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating contributions across teams;
  • Have experience supporting reporting and compliance requirements;
  • Possess strong organisational and time‑management skills;
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are able to operate with high autonomy and judgement;
  • Are fluent in English (working knowledge of French would be a plus).
