Project Manager EV Charging Infrastructure
Location: France (Hybrid) or Remote (depending on experience)
Are you passionate about delivering large-scale infrastructure projects that accelerate the transition to sustainable transport?
We're looking for an experienced Senior EV Charging Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-power charging infrastructure projects for commercial vehicle fleets, buses, and other heavy-duty electric mobility applications.
What You'll Do
As a senior member of our Projects team, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of strategically important charging infrastructure projects from concept through commissioning.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading turnkey EV charging infrastructure projects from technical design to final handover.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, construction partners, and customers.
- Managing project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Supporting the deployment of projects across multiple European countries when required.
You'll also work closely with our commercial team to:
- Design technical charging solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Prepare project cost estimates and technical proposals.
- Participate in customer presentations and technical bid reviews.
- Ensure the proposed solution is both technically robust and commercially competitive.
As part of a fast-growing and innovative environment, you'll also contribute to improving project delivery through digitalisation and the adoption of AI-powered tools.
What We're Looking For
- Engineering degree (Electrical Engineering preferred) or equivalent technical background.
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial, electrical infrastructure, or turnkey projects.
- Experience in EV charging infrastructure, power distribution, renewable energy, utilities, or large electrical installations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HV/LV electrical systems and electrical safety requirements.
- Familiarity with Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Smart Charging technologies is a plus.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Fluent English is essential. French is an advantage but not mandatory.
