Project Manager EV Charging Infrastructure

Location: France (Hybrid) or Remote (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about delivering large-scale infrastructure projects that accelerate the transition to sustainable transport?

We're looking for an experienced Senior EV Charging Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-power charging infrastructure projects for commercial vehicle fleets, buses, and other heavy-duty electric mobility applications.

What You'll Do

As a senior member of our Projects team, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of strategically important charging infrastructure projects from concept through commissioning.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading turnkey EV charging infrastructure projects from technical design to final handover.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, construction partners, and customers.
• Managing project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Supporting the deployment of projects across multiple European countries when required.

You'll also work closely with our commercial team to:

• Design technical charging solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Prepare project cost estimates and technical proposals.
• Participate in customer presentations and technical bid reviews.
• Ensure the proposed solution is both technically robust and commercially competitive.

What We're Looking For

• Engineering degree (Electrical Engineering preferred) or equivalent technical background.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial, electrical infrastructure, or turnkey projects.
• Experience in EV charging infrastructure, power distribution, renewable energy, utilities, or large electrical installations is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of HV/LV electrical systems and electrical safety requirements.
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Smart Charging technologies is a plus.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• Fluent English is essential. French is an advantage but not mandatory.
