We are a fast-growing publisher dedicated to bringing the world's best IPs to the tabletop, since 2006.

From My Hero Academia and Godzilla to Star Trek and Street Fighter, we have built a reputation for blending deep tactical gameplay with fan-favorite universes.

Following the global launch of Riftbound (the League of Legends TCG) on October 31st, 2025, we are entering a phase of explosive expansion. We are looking for builders, people ready to disrupt the TCG market with creativity, agility, and precision.

We don't just sell games; we build ecosystems where players and fans thrive.

The Mission

Reporting to the GM Europe, you are the central operational bridge for the EMEA region. You will orchestrate the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, Organized Play, and our Global teams. While the explosive growth of League of Legends will command the majority of your focus, you will also oversee the Go-To-Market pipelines for our established Universus releases.

As the direct EMEA counterpart to our North American Project Management team, your mission is to eliminate silos, synchronize transatlantic workflows, and ensure that every UVS product launch in Europe is flawlessly executed and locally relevant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global PM Alignment: Act as the EMEA "mirror" to our North American Project Managers. You will sync regularly with the US team to share best practices, align on global asset delivery, and ensure worldwide campaigns land perfectly in the European market.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Orchestration: Collaborate with the US PMO team to understand and translate how the Primary Timelines impact and intersect for European launches across both the Riftbound and Universus product lines. Align timelines, resources, and deliverables across all EMEA departments (Sales, Retail Experience and Live Experience teams).
  • IP & Asset : Act as the guardian of our brands. Manage the submission and approval pipeline for all EMEA-specific creative assets (POSM, Event visuals, Promos) ensuring they meet the strict standards of UVS, Riot Games, and our other global licensors.
  • Process & Workflow Engineering: Standardize how we work. Build, implement, and maintain highly efficient workflows that reduce delays. You will spot potential blockers early and problem-solve before they impact the launch.
  • Master of Asana: You will be the EMEA champion for Asana. You will utilize and configure Asana to streamline task management, establish clear processes, and improve cross-departmental accountability.
  • Sales & Localization Alignment: Partner with the Sales and Retail Experience teams to ensure sell-in materials and demo kits are delivered on time. Coordinate with Global Supply Chain and Localization teams to ensure translated products hit the European market in sync with our marketing beats.

Who you are

  • The Conductor: You thrive in the center of the storm. You can take a chaotic whiteboard of ideas and turn it into a precise, step-by-step execution plan.
  • Diplomat & Enforcer: You know how to build relationships across departments, but you aren't afraid to hold Directors and external partners accountable to their deadlines.
  • Scale-up Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced environments where processes are still being written. If a process requires five emails, you build a workflow to do it in one click.
  • Multitasker: You can switch effortlessly from the high-fantasy world of League of Legends to the anime pipelines of My Hero Academia without dropping a single task.
  • Experience: 3+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within the Gaming, Entertainment, Tech, or FMCG industries. Experience handling licensing/IP approvals is a massive advantage.
  • Transversal Leadership: You know how to influence and drive alignment across teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, US HQ) without formal direct authority. You have the gravitas to hold Directors accountable and the tact to say "No" constructively to protect timelines.
  • Risk Mitigation & Problem Solving: You are a strategic anticipator. You foresee bottlenecks (e.g., localization delays, global supply chain hiccups, or licensor feedback loops) and implement contingency plans before they derail a launch.
  • Tool Mastery & Automation: Advanced proficiency in Asana is mandatory. You don't just update tasks; you architect complex, automated workflows, reporting dashboards, and portfolio views.
  • Data-Driven Planning: You base your timelines and resource allocation on historical data, capacity, and hard facts, not just optimism.
  • Cultural Affinity (Bonus): You do not need to be a hardcore gamer or a TCG player, but a personal interest in Pop Culture, Video Games, or Entertainment is a strong plus. It helps you understand the weight of the assets you are routing and the passion of our players. We value your project management expertise above all, but a love for the culture goes a long way.
  • Languages: Bilingual Native French and Fluent English (C1/C2) are absolutely mandatory. You will deal with local French vendors and international stakeholders daily.
  • Mobility : Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time for client meetings, trade shows and team alignment.

What We Offer

  • Impact: You will be the operational engine behind the European launch of a Tier 1 global IP, while managing a powerhouse portfolio of pop-culture legends.
  • Culture: A passionate, international team where your voice matters and your organizational skills are deeply valued.
  • Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Bonus.
  • Health: A comprehensive Health Insurance scheme with strong company contribution.
  • Work Location: Hybrid model based in our Annecy HQ.
  • 3 days mandatory on-site (collaboration focus).
  • 2 days flexible (remote or office).
  • Other Benefit: Employee Product Allocation
