Project Manager – Embedded Software for Space Systems

• Take ownership of the full V-model lifecycle of a space on-board computer
• Structure, harmonize and enforce software engineering practices
• Lead coordination of embedded software activities
• Critically review system interfaces and inputs to ensure reliable execution
• Contribute to defining software functions, interfaces and allocations
• Control progress, quality and engineering performance using relevant metrics
• Mentor and support the team's development
• Ensure software qualification in a context of stringent standards
• Manage technical debt, risks and opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing embedded software projects
• Strong expertise in embedded software on RTOS
• Excellent command of software engineering processes and practices
• Good knowledge of industrial sectors and quality requirements
• Demonstrated ability to industrialize embedded software development
• Excellent understanding of the V-model and incremental agile methods
