Role

We are seeking an awesome Project Manager Intern to play a key role in ensuring the continued success of our rapidly growing customer base in EU. In this role, you will be helping bridge the gap between business and technology by defining the best process to move from their legacy system to our platform while ensuring the quality of data is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Be part of on-site/online workshops and brainstorming sessions with clients to comprehensively understand and document their business processes and requirements.
• Update the Inova platform's configuration based on workshop decisions.
• Analyze the client's legacy system and their business process and map this to our product so the client can leverage the system while maintaining ease of use.
• Analyze the client data and define the data migration process.
• Configuration of data migration tools.
• All these responsibilities will lead you to create and document a process to streamline Inova's client data migration projects to deliver value even faster to our clients.

Profile

• Academic Degree in the field of Engineering
• Experience with JSON, XML or HTML is a plus
• Knowledge of Windows, including command-line actions and admin functions is a plus
• A passion and aptitude for technology and business transformation, in particular related to the adoption of CRM software
• Self-starter, passionate, and a team-player, with a positive attitude and a hunger to learn
• Fluent in English
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and timelines
• Experience working in the life sciences and/or biopharma industry is a plus

By the end of the internship you'll be perceived as the Inova internal go-to person to improve and advise project managers and customer success managers on data migration projects. Are you up for the challenge?
