Project Manager Data

Mission

We are looking for a Project Manager to support a key Shipping Lines Data team. You will lead the definition, implementation, and run of Data Foundations (Data Products, Knowledge Products, APIs) within the scope of Contact Data. The role is fully use‑case driven, ensuring that all data initiatives deliver measurable business value and are properly governed across strategic, product, operational, and compliance levels. You will also help define the target data model, data architecture decisions (with IT), and ensure operational governance and value tracking across initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Managing and prioritizing Contact Data use cases (e.g. customer assistant, notifications, internal tools)
• Defining and maintaining data products aligned with business value
• Driving data governance, quality rules, and traceability of decisions
• Supporting architecture decisions on systems of record and data flows
• Ensuring continuous alignment between value, cost, risk, and complexity

Profile Sought

We are looking for a strong Project Manager with solid experience in data-driven environments and complex ecosystems.

Must‑have skills:

• Strong project management experience in Agile (Scrum / Kanban)
• Solid knowledge of data governance and data modeling
• Experience in data management (build & run) in complex environments
• Ability to work in international, cross‑functional teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Data‑driven problem‑solving mindset
• Hands‑on experience with SQL, ETL/ELT tools, and data visualization tools
• Fluent in French and English
