About the role
The Project Manager plays a key role in delivering renewable energy projects safely, on time, and within budget. After the project reaches Ready‑to‑Build (RTB) status, the Project Manager takes full ownership of execution through construction, commissioning, and handover to Asset Management.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects from RTB and drive them through construction to COD
- Coordinate, plan, and monitor all construction activities on site
- Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Follow site progress daily, anticipate issues, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture
- Track project schedule, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage budgets, costs, variations, and forecasting
- Oversee technical quality and ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Handle contracts, change orders, and claims management
- Coordinate commissioning activities, testing, and final acceptance
- Prepare and manage the handover to the operations team
- Serve as the key interface between internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, performance, and site conditions
Requirements
- Your enthusiasm and willingness to actively drive the energy transition
- 3+ years of experience in project management & construction in PV (rooftop is a plus)
- Hands‑on mindset with solid site coordination experience
- Assertive, reliable on deadlines, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders
- Talent is great. Energy is key. A friendly collaborative vibe is essential!
- Fluent in French; proficient in English
- Willingness to travel
