About the role

The Project Manager plays a key role in delivering renewable energy projects safely, on time, and within budget. After the project reaches Ready-to-Build (RTB) status, the Project Manager takes ownership of execution through construction, commissioning, and handover to Asset Management. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and take initiative, in a small team that values collaboration.

Your responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from RTB and drive them through construction to COD.
• Coordinate, plan, and monitor all construction activities on site.
• Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Follow site progress daily, anticipate issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture.
• Track project schedule, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage budgets, costs, variations, and forecasting.
• Oversee technical quality and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Handle contracts, change orders, and claims management.
• Coordinate commissioning activities, testing, and final acceptance.
• Prepare and manage the handover to the operations team.
• Serve as the key interface between internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, performance, and site conditions.

What you bring to the table

• Your enthusiasm and willingness to actively drive the energy transition.
• 3+ years of experience in project management and construction in PV (rooftop is a plus).
• Hands-on mindset with solid site coordination experience.
• Assertive, reliable on deadlines, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and results.
• Fluent in French; proficient in English.
• Willingness to travel.
