Project Manager - Client Relations (AMOA) - NT

Context and Mission Details: We are looking for a Business Analyst Project Manager to contribute to the development of the Brand's customer relationship. Our department is responsible for CRM in its customer relationship dimensions (operational CRMs such as ARC and ECLA, tools used daily by customer relationship professionals) and marketing dimensions (Marketing CRM). The entity also handles complementary topics that enrich the customer relationship: new concepts, satisfaction surveys, diversification of offerings via the service platform, etc.

• Providing support and guidance to the Development (Sales) or Marketing Department to align their Information System with their strategy. In this context, contributing to the improvement or implementation of systems, solutions, and tools, ensuring their adoption by the various stakeholders. Participating in projects and ongoing maintenance of the roadmap.

• Study business processes, analyze impacts and support business teams Gather and challenge business needs based on value and research suitable solutions Conduct feasibility studies in the preliminary project phase Define, organize and manage the phases of the business project Facilitate workshops, coordinate, supervise and motivate teams Report on the project to the various committees and sponsors

• Proven experience in project and pre-project management, Knowledge of Customer Relations (sales) and marketing in the insurance sector will be a highly valued asset, Adaptability and agility will be essential qualities for quickly grasping the issues, Curious and proactive, you have sufficient perspective to delve deeper, challenge, propose and deliver solutions and innovation, With strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation, you enjoy teamwork and are a good communicator, Rigorous and autonomous, you possess strong analytical and control skills.
