Project Manager, Civil Engineering Diagnostics – Water Sector

• Prepare proposals
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians
• Lead detailed visual diagnostics of water-sector infrastructure
• Conduct visual surveys, measurements, photographic documentation, technical recommendations, and cost estimates
• Lead in-situ investigations, including destructive testing, radar surveys, core sampling, corrosion potential testing, pull-off adhesion tests, and sampling for laboratory testing
• Inspect structures and interpret the results
• Carry out expert assessments
• Prepare, review, and validate diagnostic reports and rehabilitation recommendations
• Validate drawings based on field surveys using CAD software
• Represent the company at client meetings
• Supervise diagnostic and rehabilitation projects for water-sector infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in the relevant professions
• Strong interest in fieldwork
• Familiarity with public procurement regulations
• Experience monitoring construction work execution
• Knowledge of AutoCAD; Covadis experience is a plus
• Availability to alternate between field investigation travel, site meetings, and office-based work
