Project Manager (Business Analyst) – Life Insurance

Mission context: We are looking for a Project Manager to provide Project Management Assistance on an ad-hoc basis to support the CMP Vie team on LIFE INSURANCE STUDIES. The main mission is to manage studies and projects within the Life Insurance Department's roadmap, in conjunction with Life business stakeholders, as well as the Group's brand and cross-functional departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES: – Contribute to feasibility studies alongside the Life Insurance Department – Define the project scope, organize workstreams and project governance – Organize and conduct the feasibility study phase – Draft specifications – Manage and coordinate assigned projects while respecting objectives in terms of quality, cost, and deadlines – Guarantee the deployment of projects and solutions, and ensure the implementation of change management support for end users – Familiarize oneself with existing Life Insurance offerings – Understand and share sales and underwriting processes with the Life Insurance business – Coordinate Business and IT on a daily basis, communicating priorities and constraints to each party – Manage the ongoing maintenance and evolution of Life Insurance within the scope of responsibility – Coordinate the Technical Assistance Units (TAUs) in consultation with solution centers and validation centers.

Knowledge of insurance technicalities – Knowledge of multi-support and temporary death products, PER, Savings, financial products, life insurance Annuities, – Experience expected with several major players in life insurance – Ability to lead meetings with BUSINESS and IT – Experience in the application of SAFE in a life insurance context, and of the different major roles to be put in place (Scrum master, PO, ... and different ceremonies).
