Project Manager – Bank Migration - Level 4

Context: Level 4 Project Manager, Seniority: Over 9 years of experience. Within the core team, the consultant will act as Project Manager/Gap Manager and will lead the cross-functional gap tracking for a platform. They will be responsible for preparing the Contract of Practice (COP) meetings and ensuring coordination between the institutions and the various Product teams. They will manage the detailed gaps reported by the institutions and ensure their follow-up from the scoping and specification phases through to development and production deployment, once the gaps are validated. This role requires solid project management experience and knowledge of banking migration issues.

• Cross-functionally managing the monitoring of platform deviations; Taking into account and analyzing detailed deviations reported by institutions; Organizing scoping sessions with the relevant Product teams; Ensuring follow-up on specifications related to validated deviations; Coordinating the launch and monitoring of implementation work with the Product teams; Managing the various stakeholders involved in addressing deviations; Coordinating the strategy for deploying deviations to production; Managing deviation certification for banks; Preparing Performance Contracts (COPs) and ensuring reporting to the various stakeholders; Monitoring the risks, dependencies, costs, deadlines, and commitments associated with the work; Ensuring cross-functional communication between institutions, Product teams, and the various project stakeholders.

• Proven experience in IT Project Management; More than 9 years of experience; Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders; Knowledge of banking migration projects; Experience in cross-functional coordination of Product and/or project teams; Mastery of the scoping, specification, implementation, certification, and production deployment phases; Experience in preparing and leading steering committee meetings; Ability to manage risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, quality, and deadlines; Excellent coordination, communication, and summarization skills.

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with over 9 years of experience and a proven track record in complex banking environments. Hands-on experience with bank migration programs is particularly important for this role. The consultant must be able to manage a cross - functional scope, coordinate work between institutions and product teams, and ensure comprehensive tracking of deviations, from initial scoping to certification and production deployment. Strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, and the capacity to prepare for governance meetings are essential.
