What you'll do

• Lead the planning and execution of AI-focused projects, ensuring alignment with Iqgeo's strategic goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, milestones, and resource allocation, while continuously monitoring progress against these plans.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any potential risks or issues that may arise.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies, ensuring that all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets effectively, tracking expenditures and ensuring that projects remain within financial constraints.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and innovation among team members.
• Analyze project outcomes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future project strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology or AI-related projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion, preferably in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for presenting complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
