Project manager- agronomy & field trials

As an Agronomy & Field Trials Project Manager , you will work at the intersection of agronomic research, field trials, data, and digital transformation .

Your mission will be to help research and agricultural organizations transform the way they manage and leverage their trials through Bloomeo AgroTesting , Doriane's new software solution dedicated to agronomic trial management, with a strong focus on multi factorial trial management and envirotyping.

You will work directly with research institutes, CROs, biologicals companies, cooperatives, agri-food companies, and plant breeders to help them streamline trial processes, structure and analyze their data, and make better-informed decisions .

• Lead SaaS implementation projects from start to finish , coordinating project planning, configuration, deployment, and user adoption for clients ranging from SMEs to large international organizations.

• Become a trusted partner to our clients , understanding their agronomic trial processes, challenges, and objectives and translating them into effective digital workflows.

• Work closely with Doriane's agronomy, sales, R&D, data, product, and tech teams to ensure successful project delivery and strong client outcomes.

• Bring the voice of the field into the product , translating client and user feedback into product improvements and new features alongside our Product and Tech teams.

• Train and support users and drive change management , through workshops, best-practice guidance, and hands-on support around trial, data, and digital processes.

• Contribute to national and international R&I collaborative projects , using Bloomeo to structure and analyze complex, multi-site trial datasets and contribute to advances in agronomic research.

3 to 7 years of professional experience in a role involving field trial managementStrong understanding of agronomic research processes, experimental design, field trials, and data analysisGenuine interest in digital tools, SaaS platforms, data, and the digital transformation of agricultureFluent in French and English; Spanish or German would be a strong plusAutonomous, structured, and proactive, with excellent communication and project management skillsComfortable working directly with clients and collaborating across technical and business teamsMotivated by innovation and the future of sustainable agriculture
