Project Manager - Agentic AI (h/f)

Main Responsibilities

• Support project management for Agentic AI Governance and AI Safety Ops initiatives.
• Develop and operationalize the “Responsible AI By Design” framework.
• Drive the adoption of Responsible AI capabilities through maturity assessments.
• Propose a catalog of reusable AI assets/modules for effective implementation.
• Coordinate the Group AI Governance Forum on governance topics.
• Manage project deliverables such as policy-as-code exploration and agent inventory.
• Provide operating guidance and adoption materials.

Key Requirements

• 1-2 years of expertise in AI Governance.
• Experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• Strong project management skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Ability to align stakeholders from various disciplines (Data, AI, IT, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with insurance or regulated data environments.
• Background in ML/AI development.
• Experience in delivery of Agentic/Generative AI projects.
