Project Manager

The project manager has the responsibility of establishing Zadient industrial capacity, covering :

1. Managing facilities and building the process engineering teams
2. Ensuring successful completion of equipment validation, followed by process validation
3. Managing modifications and non-conformities relating to new equipment (specially furnaces)

The Project Manager will define a clear mandate with the CEO and the senior management team.

His success will depend on how he builds alignment and collaboration between scientists and engineers.

1. Broad understanding of industrial operations. Semiconductor experience is an advantage but is not essential. Experience in other industrial sectors, such as pharmaceuticals or automotive, can also provide the necessary credibility.
2. Demonstrated ability and experience in project and people management
3. Sound project management capabilities across cost, quality, schedule and risk.
4. Strong organizational skills, ability to set clear priorities during the ramp-up while maintaining uncompromising safety standards
5. Practical knowledge of facilities and utilities, including water and electricity
6. Ability to report effectively to the Board
7. Leadership, charisma and the ability to build and engage teams
