I’m working with a well-established commercial office Design & Build business looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager.

This is a key role taking ownership of projects from the early stages right through to construction and handover, working closely with clients, design and pre-construction teams, subcontractors and the wider supply chain.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing commercial office fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Taking ownership of programme, budget, quality and overall delivery
• Acting as the main point of contact for the client throughout
• Coordinating design, pre-construction and delivery teams
• Managing subcontractors, consultants and the wider supply chain
• Managing project financials, cost reporting and forecasting
• Identifying and managing project risks

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial office fit-out / Design & Build
• Comfortable managing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Commercially aware, confident in front of clients and capable of real project ownership

Je travaille avec une entreprise reconnue dans l’aménagement de bureaux en Design & Build, qui souhaite recruter un(e) Chef de Projet expérimenté(e).

Il s’agit d’un rôle clé avec la responsabilité des projets depuis les premières phases jusqu’à la réalisation et la livraison, en collaboration étroite avec les clients, les équipes design et pré-construction, les sous-traitants et les différents partenaires.

Vos missions :

• Piloter des projets d’aménagement de bureaux de la pré-construction jusqu’à la livraison
• Gérer le planning, le budget, la qualité et la bonne réalisation des projets
• Être l’interlocuteur principal du client tout au long du projet
• Coordonner les équipes design, pré-construction et travaux
• Piloter les sous-traitants, consultants et partenaires
• Assurer le suivi financier, les coûts et les prévisions
• Identifier et gérer les risques liés aux projets

Profil recherché :

• Expérience dans l’aménagement de bureaux / Design & Build
• À l’aise dans un environnement dynamique avec des projets exigeants
• Bonne compréhension commerciale, à l’aise face aux clients, capable de prendre une véritable responsabilité
