Project Manager

A Project Manager is required for a live mission-critical construction project in Paris, with a minimum nine-month contract and potential future work for strong performers.

This Project Manager role will suit a confident general-contractor Project Manager who can operate in a client-side environment, manage stakeholders professionally and support the remaining mechanical fit-out and commissioning stages of a live project.

The Project Manager Manager Role:

• Manage construction delivery across the remaining fit-out and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate mechanical fit-out activity, MEP interfaces and project integration.
• Work closely with client-side stakeholders, contractors and site teams.
• Support programme delivery, sequencing, progress reporting and issue resolution.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, professionally and in line with project requirements.
• Manage site coordination, contractor performance and construction-stage communication.
• Present confidently in meetings and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders.
• Experience as a Project Manager or similar construction delivery role.
• Experience operating on complex construction, mission-critical, data centre or comparable technical projects.
• Mechanical fit-out, MEP or commissioning-stage project experience would be highly advantageous.
• Able to work confidently in a client-side environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills.
• Able to work in Paris on a fly-in/fly-out basis where required.
• EU working rights would be advantageous.
