Project Manager – Operational Readiness – France – Initial 12-Month Contract – Pharmaceuticals

Support a globally recognised pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation at an exciting stage of growth. With significant investment being made into site expansion and production capabilities, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of life-changing therapies while supporting the development of a state-of-the‑art manufacturing facility in Metz on a 12-month contract.

What you’ll deliver:

• Lead operational readiness for a new GMP manufacturing area.
• Track and drive closure of all readiness actions.
• Ensure equipment, procedures and operators are ready for production.
• Support handover from project phase into routine operations.

Experience required:

• Experience revamping new sites – launching and standardising.
• Experience creating systems to pass to operational team.
• Production or Manufacturing engineering background.
• Experience getting new equipment into routine use by manufacturing teams.
• Fluent in French (both written and spoken).
