Project Manager

We are seeking a France-based Project Manager – Luxury Leather Goods Hardware to support our growing portfolio of French and European luxury clients. As the key bridge between French luxury brands and our China-based design, engineering and manufacturing teams, you will manage end-to-end product development projects, from initial design brief and sample development to production delivery. The ideal candidate understands luxury leather goods craftsmanship, hardware development processes and European brand expectations, with strong project management and cross-cultural communication skills.

• Manage full-cycle luxury leather goods hardware projects, including product briefing, technical alignment, sampling, approval and production delivery.
• Serve as the main contact for French luxury clients, coordinating requirements between customers and internal design, engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Support hardware development through sample review, technical feedback, production feasibility evaluation and problem-solving.
• Track project timelines, milestones and risks to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between French clients and China-based teams to ensure efficient cross-border collaboration.
• Support client meetings, product reviews and long-term partnership development with luxury brands.
• Continuously improve project management processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in luxury leather goods hardware, handbag accessories development or related luxury manufacturing industries.
• Experience working with French or European luxury fashion brands is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of luxury leather goods hardware development processes, sampling and production coordination.
• Knowledge of metal materials, surface finishing and manufacturing workflows.
• Excellent project coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively between French clients and China-based manufacturing teams.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is required for client communication.
• Must be currently based in France.
