Project Manager

Our project team is seeking a Project Manager to join the Corporate Office in Paris starting as soon as possible.

Missions

• Project Management & Coordination: Oversee project execution, monitor timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of development and construction projects.
• Design & Technical Oversight: Review designs, plans, specifications, FF&E and OS&E requirements to ensure alignment with Oetker Hotels standards, functionality, and operational needs.
• Stakeholder & Partner Management: Collaborate with owners, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, providing guidance and maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, identify value engineering opportunities, optimize costs, and ensure best value for money while maintaining quality standards.
• Quality, Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensure compliance with Oetker Hotels brand standards, safety, hygiene, sustainability requirements, and luxury hospitality expectations.
• Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Prepare project progress reports, conduct site inspections, assess risks, and support informed decision-making through regular analysis and recommendations.
• Professionalism & Sustainability: Uphold Oetker Hotels values, foster ethical business practices, and promote environmentally responsible operations in line with the company's CSR commitments.
