The Opportunity

As Project Manager , you will be part of the RSS Project Management organization and report to the Chapter Lead for Project Management. You are a project management enthusiast who provides best-in-class project management services to partners across Roche.

In this role you will be responsible for successful Project Delivery using agile or traditional project management methodology. You will work with solutions teams for Marketing Technologies tasked to deliver strategic transformation while sustaining and evolving ongoing solution operations. Your work will include but will not be limited to:

Engagement Delivery

• Project Management & Coordination : Coordinate daily project execution across the solution area by facilitating ceremonies (scrums, sprint planning), maintaining product backlogs, and actively managing action and decision logs.
• Inbound Funnel Control & Prioritization : Act as the primary project point of contact to capture, structure, and funnel cross-program requests, ensuring the product teams maintain focus on prioritized objectives.
• Cross-Program Coordination : Coordinate with other programs and incoming functional demands. Plan, track, and facilitate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic timelines.
• Dependency & Interface Management : Manage end-to-end dependencies and refine handover interfaces between product owners and other functions.
• Portfolio Transparency & Consistency : Maintain project standards and provide transparent tracking of the product initiative portfolio for leadership visibility.
• Performance Reporting : Establish and drive KPI tracking and status reporting to ensure schedule and budget adherence across initiatives.
• Project Management Capability Development : Act as a subject matter expert, coaching product teams to embed a consistent delivery approach.

Capability Building

• Continuously improve project management capabilities , service offerings and community engagement.
• Support the development of upskilling content and toolkits for the team.
• Actively manage your own development.
• Apply your learnings during engagements and share with chapter colleagues.

Who You Are

You possess the following qualifications, experience and personal attributes.

• University degree with 5+ years of project management experience ; a background in business consulting or marketing technologies is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals (waterfall, Scrum and others) and related tools.
• Experience in leading global/complex projects , with ability to organize resources and establish priorities.
• Ability to motivate and lead a project team when required.
• Excellent communication skills in English , with proficiency in influencing, negotiating, and global collaboration.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of a complex organization; exposure to related fields is a plus.
• Experience in project management financials and resource management .
