Project Manager

Your Job

You will lead product development projects and ensure successful delivery against project plans, including scope, quality, timing, and financial objectives.

What You Will Do

• Act as the primary customer interface throughout the product lifecycle
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality targets
• Structure and manage project execution using effective planning, tracking, and governance practices
• Identify risks and drive mitigation actions to protect project outcomes
• Ensure adherence to Molex development processes and continuous improvement standards
• Manage project financial performance, including budgets and cost objectives
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure alignment with timing, quality, and cost expectations
• Support quality, compliance, and EH&S systems (TQM, Six Sigma, ISO)

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in project management and/or product development, with a track record of delivering complex projects
• Strong leadership and organisational capabilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and French
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
