Project Manager

Leads offshore development projects for brownfield and mature fields. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams (drilling, workover, production, facilities, HSE). Oversees CAPEX/OPEX, planning, costs, and risk management. Drives new wells production and tie‑ins.

Responsibilities

• Lead the offshore development project from post-discovery/FDP through to Final Investment Decision (FID).
• Develop and execute the FEED-to-FID strategy, schedule, governance, and project controls.
• Oversee FEED contractor performance and ensure delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
• Lead preparation of the FID package, including cost estimates, execution plan, contracting strategy, and investment readiness.
• Manage project budget, risks, schedule, and technical interfaces across subsurface, wells, and facilities.

Requirements

• Engineering degree with 15+ years' upstream oil & gas experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Project Director or senior project management role.
• Proven experience delivering offshore projects through FEED and FID.
