Requirements

• MEP specialisation (or CSA if project management experience is strong)
• +3 to 5 years of experience in the field
• Substantial experience in the construction phase
• French speaking ability
• English speaking ability

Description

• Supervision and oversight of construction site activities until approval
• Comprehensive project administration for the proprietor
• Surveillance of operational planning, Arrangement and facilitation of gatherings
• Collaboration with stakeholders: architect, design offices, firms, and experts
• Fiscal management and financial supervision
• Adherence to quality plan guidelines
• Monitoring of work execution, adjustments, and contractual administration
• Coordination of work reception
• Oversight of administrative authorizations
• Management of relationships with municipal and administrative authorities
• Evaluation of project hazards, possibilities, and development of a risk management strategy

Salary & Details

Salary : €65,000 to €85,000 Per Annum
