Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead manufacturing software implementation initiatives across plant environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise technology implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful delivery within manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of manufacturing software solutions across manufacturing plants.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, status reporting, and overall project governance.
• Coordinate with manufacturing operations, engineering, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and process alignment discussions with plant teams and leadership.
• Drive deployment readiness, testing, user adoption, training, and post-implementation support activities.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalation management to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to support integrations and operational process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT or Technology Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing enterprise software implementation projects within manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working directly with plant operations stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of manufacturing operations, production workflows, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in enterprise or consulting-driven environments.
• Familiarity with process automation, operational reporting, and manufacturing system integrations.
