Greenvolt Next France is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end management of decentralised renewable energy projects, leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, regulatory, and quality standards, from development handover through construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for decentralized energy projects (e.g. solar PV, storage, hybrid systems), from ready-to-build to commissioning and handover
• Define project execution strategies, schedules, and resource allocation in alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate internal teams (engineering, procurement, legal, finance) and external stakeholders (EPCs, contractors, consultants)
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring delivery within agreed constraints
• Oversee contract management with EPC contractors and suppliers, ensuring performance and compliance with contractual obligations
• Ensure projects comply with French regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Lead project meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels
• Validate technical solutions in coordination with engineering teams and ensure alignment with client and grid requirements
• Support permitting, grid connection, and local stakeholder engagement processes during execution
• Coordinate commissioning, testing, and final acceptance of projects
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and handover to operations and asset management teams
• Support financial control activities, including CAPEX tracking, forecasting, and reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

Principales responsabilités

• Piloter l’ensemble du cycle de vie des projets d’énergie décentralisée (par ex. solaire photovoltaïque, stockage, systèmes hybrides), depuis la phase « ready-to-build » jusqu’à la mise en service et au transfert final
• Définir les stratégies d’exécution des projets, les plannings et l’allocation des ressources en alignement avec les objectifs de l’entreprise
• Coordonner les équipes internes (ingénierie, achats, juridique, finance) ainsi que les parties prenantes externes (EPC, sous-traitants, consultants)
• Gérer les délais, budgets et risques des projets afin d’assurer leur réalisation dans les contraintes définies
• Superviser la gestion contractuelle des EPC et fournisseurs, en garantissant la performance et le respect des obligations contractuelles
• Veiller à la conformité des projets avec les réglementations françaises, les exigences environnementales et les normes de sécurité
• Suivre l’avancement des projets, identifier les écarts et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives si nécessaire
• Animer les réunions projets, assurer le reporting et la communication avec les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux
• Valider les solutions techniques en coordination avec les équipes d’ingénierie et garantir leur conformité avec les exigences des clients et du réseau
• Soutenir les processus d’obtention des permis, de raccordement au réseau et de relation avec les acteurs locaux pendant l’exécution des projets
• Coordonner la mise en service, les essais et la réception finale des projets
• Garantir une documentation adéquate, le reporting et le transfert aux équipes opérations et asset management
• Participer au contrôle financier des projets, y compris le suivi des CAPEX, les prévisions et le reporting
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et des bonnes pratiques en gestion de projet

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Energy, Project Management, or similar relevant field
• 3–7+ years of experience in project management within renewable energy, infrastructure, or construction
• Proven track record in delivering projects (preferably decentralized energy or PV)
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of French regulatory and construction environment is a strong plus
• Fluency in French (mandatory) and good level of English
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results‑driven with a hands‑on approach
• Availability to travel to project sites
• Driving license
