About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager (French Market) to lead end-to-end management of MIM precision component projects for our French and wider European clients, acting as the core technical and operational liaison between our global manufacturing team in China and French-based industrial clients.

You will own the full lifecycle of customer projects, ensuring on-time, on-quality, and on-budget delivery, while building long-term trusted partnerships with clients across medical devices, security & lock hardware, high-end industrial tools, and consumer electronics sectors. This role is critical to upholding Yibi Precision’s reputation for reliable, high-precision manufacturing services as we expand our presence in the French market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of French client MIM precision component projects, from project kick-off, DFM technical alignment, prototype validation, mass production ramp-up to final delivery and closure, ensuring all project milestones and delivery targets are met.
• Serve as the dedicated primary point of contact for French-based clients on all project-related matters, coordinate cross-functionally with internal engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams, align customer requirements with our manufacturing capabilities, and resolve technical, delivery, and quality issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide professional project and technical support to clients, including DfM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis, project schedule development, risk assessment & mitigation, and cost & lead time optimization.
• Track and report project progress to both clients and internal stakeholders on a regular basis, manage all critical project milestones: customer requirement clarification, technical solution confirmation, production planning, sample validation, mass production delivery, and post-project review.
• Monitor EU industry standards, evolving client needs, and internal process optimization opportunities for French market projects, to continuously improve project delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support client relationship maintenance activities, including participating in French and European industry tradeshows, client technical seminars, and on-site client meetings (as required), to provide professional project and technical support, and strengthen our brand reputation in the region.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of end-to-end project management experience in precision manufacturing, metal components, MIM, CNC, or related industries, with project experience in high-end industrial tools, medical devices, security hardware, or consumer electronics sectors preferred.
• Proven track record of managing cross-border manufacturing projects for French or European market clients, with a solid understanding of EU industry quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); French language fluency is a strong plus for client communication.
• Strong technical understanding of precision parts manufacturing processes, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, and clearly align technical requirements and project milestones between clients and internal teams.
• Excellent capabilities in project control, cross-functional & cross-cultural communication, risk management, and problem-solving, with a detail-oriented, results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with standard project management processes and tools; PMP, PRINCE2, or other formal project management certification is a plus.
