Project Management Officer (Global)
As a Project Management Officer (Global) , you will lead and coordinate strategic customer and internal projects across multiple regions, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through implementation. Working closely with cross-functional teams which including regional teams, Technical Account Managers (TAMs), R&D, Product Management and Engineering. You will drive project execution, manage dependencies, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with LANDI's project management standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple global projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
- Ensure projects are managed in accordance with LANDI's project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.
- Establish, monitor and report project KPIs, while defining new performance metrics where required.
- Support the Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to ensure all customer requirements—including hardware, software, security and certification requirements—are clearly defined and tracked.
- Identify project dependencies involving LANDI products, platforms and tools, and coordinate the necessary development or certification requests through Jira.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans by coordinating activities across regional teams, R&D, Product Management and other internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, issues and dependencies, and drive timely resolution through effective stakeholder management.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates, executive reports and dashboards using tools such as Jira, Confluence and PowerPoint.
- Continuously improve project management processes, templates and governance by introducing best practices and recommending process enhancements.
- Foster effective collaboration across global teams and share project management knowledge and best practices with regional colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, including project planning, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder communication.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional and international projects.
- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools, preferably Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence).
- Experience within the payment, fintech, payment terminal or financial technology industry is highly desirable.
