Role And Responsibilities
- Provide functional support to the teams dedicated to the projects for which the project manager is responsible.
- Lead projects from the ideation until the project transfer completion.
- Supervise the design, prototyping, testing and validation phases, including the desirability, feasibility and viability of the idea/project.
- Define goals, deliverables, and milestones.
- Develop with the management team the project schedule and budget.
- Identify the necessary resources (human, material, financial).
- Ensure the operational monitoring of the project.
- Lead project meetings and participate in steering committees.
- Visit our various internal clients of the ARaymond group entities at the appropriate times to ensure the proper execution of projects.
- Identify innovation opportunities (patents, new technologies, partnerships).
- Manage intellectual property aspects during the project.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, professional and/or client networks.
- Collaborate with laboratories, universities or competitiveness clusters.
Education And Experience
You are an experienced project manager with a track record in agile project leadership and curiosity about disruptive innovation. Your background in engineering (school or university) and passion for innovation fuel your enthusiasm to put your technical and organizational skills at the service of a community of experts committed to developing tomorrow’s solutions.
Skills
What we need
- In‑depth technical background in one or more of the following disciplines: Mechanics, Mechatronics, Materials Characterization, Plastics, Thermal, Fluidics, etc.
- Agile project management skills.
- Leadership, team facilitation and stakeholder management.
- Good level of English (B2/C1).
What Makes You Distinctive
- Sense of communication, listening.
- Sense of organization, rigor and autonomy.
- Knowledge of Innovation Management, especially in lower TRL.
Your strengths
- Ability to manage risks and propose alternative solutions.
- Knowledge of the German language.
