About the Role

We are seeking a Project Leader based in Greece who has a strong understanding of Lebanese work culture or prior experience working with Lebanese teams/clients. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate effectively across multicultural environments and manage projects smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate ongoing projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate with teams familiar with Lebanese work processes and expectations
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates
• Manage cross-functional communication

Requirements

• Must be based in Greece
• Proven experience as a Project Leader or similar role
• Exposure to Lebanese work culture OR experience working with Lebanese organizations/clients
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred

• Prior experience in multicultural or Middle Eastern projects
• Familiarity with project management tools
